Avatars
Avatars generated on IMA Services, along with the content used for their creation, must respect the rights of others and only be employed for permissible purposes. We provide various avatar creation options.
2.1 Ownership, Consent, and Violations
• Ownership: You retain the rights to custom avatars you create. It's your responsibility to ensure that the creation, usage, or sharing of the avatar complies with all relevant laws, third-party rights, and our Terms and Acceptable Use and Moderation Policy.
• Consent for Custom Avatars: When creating custom avatars, explicit consent from the individual being represented ("Actor") is mandatory. Creating avatars of other individuals without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. You must also ensure that you have the Actor's consent for the usage or sharing of the avatar and any content derived from it. The Actor reserves the right to request the removal of their likeness from our Services at any time.
Video Content
Video content generated on our Services must respect the rights of others and adhere to permissible purposes.
3.1 Non-Permissible Content
Non-permissible content encompasses material that is strictly prohibited from being uploaded or generated on our Services, including content that exploits or harms children, promotes violence, contains hate speech, or disseminates misinformation.
3.2 Conditional Content
Conditional content refers to material that is generally allowed but may require certain restrictions, such as mature content warnings or respectful treatment of sensitive topics.
Updates and Changes
We may revise this policy periodically in response to technical advancements, legal requirements, or user feedback. Any modifications come into effect immediately upon posting, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
